Docs are runtime support
If a document cannot help someone recover during real operation, it is probably only archival. The KB should bias toward usefulness under pressure.
Articles are where reasoning belongs
The longer narrative about architecture, constraints, and lessons learned belongs here, not in the middle of a procedure page.
